Specific spider abilities: Her legs were super enhanced as a result of gaining her powers so as a result she can jump the length of a city black and a half and has a four story vertical jump and can run about 300 mph, the extra leg strength does not extend to her upper body.

Her normal Webbing is almost a pale neon blue but she can produce webbing that has some extra elasticity by converting the sucrose and gluten in her system into the chemical additive that allows her webs to be more elastic allowing for a few neat tricks, the more elastic her webbing is the bore deep the neon blue becomes. She can also produce a web that glows in the dark much like a really high quality glow stick.

Bio: *(Is doing a cool back flip dive off a skyscraper  into a neon coloured city during a fight with a super villain and looks at the camera, voice over starts as the scene is paused* Oh hey, yeah.. that's me... how did I get here? well let me tell you about that! *record scratch and rewind sequence starting a picture montage of her childhood, home, father's restraint and her friends and family* I had an average and happy life I thought, working in my father's restraint part time after high school and doing parkour, enjoying music, movies with my friends, hanging out in general with my best friends. My family consists of my Father Jaque who is a humble hardworking man who comes from Quebec and runs successful and kinda popular a local Canadian food restraint, My Mother May she is a lawyer specializing in criminal law, And who Could forget Gran? She may be in her eighties but she is the coolest gran a spider girl could want, she made the original costume for me and is one of my biggest cheer leaders. How do they know? Ofcourse I told my family about my powers soon after I realized I got them and got over the panic attack, how could I not since they would find out at some point anyway? Infact My mother suggested the super hero route saying 'Those with the power to help should' and then it was Dad who gave me the Super hero name I use once he saw how I could jump.... sounds Cute too so that helps a ton!  Oh, right! how did I actually GET the powers? well, the usual way fate seems to like to make spider folk, on a school trip, got bit by an experimental spider, mutated and boom! Soon enough I became Araignée Sauteuse! The Toronto based Spider Heroine! *smash cut to title card With Super Hero Name* All caught up and enjoyed the title card? good! lets move on then! Allons-y les amis!!!

Hero Career notes: depending on where Celine is in her career as a superhero she may have differing levels of traing in EMT, Search and rescue, Police training, other Emergency response training, Public relations and Legal training  as part of the "Hero Response" Training required of all heroes legally operating and would be equipped to deal with these situations. Her suit may also have varying degrees of equipment and modifications.

Additional world info: In this earth Toronto has a population of seven million people, and is a sprawling landscape of sky scrapers, Mega structures, neon lights, music and culture both above and below street level more so than in some other earths.   Over all though Canada is a dominant world power in this history, just think if the US and Canada swapped spots on the world stage from the 616 universe and you would be closer to how things are in good Ol' Earth 39!  

Holograms, LED lights and Neons all blend into the scape of the city as monorails and subway trains zip here and there, busses both conventional and flying fairy people to and fro among the hustle and bustle of city life in one of the largest and diverse cities in the world!

  On earth 39 things were different than it was in a number of other earths, Canada was a dominant world power with trade, militarily and economically, most of the world uses the CAD as the financial base, some other differences were that capitalisms was allowed to exist in the country so long as a few conditions were met, wages were to be livable for the employee based on the cost of living in the area that they lived and worked, capitalisms didn't interfere in basic necessities for people to live their lives and that any large company wanting to do business had to employ a specific percentage of employees in the country. with these principals in tact most people had what they needed and homelessness was all but gotten rid of. one other notable thing as Anthos were fairly common as it was the most common genetic mutation though it only provided animalistic senses and a bit of a strength increase, ofcourse there were some stronger mutants like the xmen, alpha flight and other groups. Though in many countries it isn't uncommon for a rich person or large company to sponsor a super hero or super hero group as being a vigilante can often be seen as volunteer or charity work so long as the super powered person isn't a merc, However from time to time the government will sponsor some heroes or hero teams and this puts those heroes under the classification of Federal employee by technicality.
