Occupation: Pokemon researcher specializeing in Ghost pokemon
Personality: very easy going and playful and mischevious but compassionate and loving.
Bio: Jillian started their pokemon journey with Rowlet and soon grew facinated with ghost types catching a Duskull, Mimikyu and Ghastly soon after Jillian spent most of their trainer days with ghost pokemon and learning all about the variety of them as well as the fact that most ghost pokemon are not exactly the same as they are portrayed in the pokedex. instead of going the route of the trainer Jillian decided to research ghost types and went back to school getting her spyche degree as well as other qualifications she needed to be a researcher. over time though she found she began to understand ghost pokemon as if they spoke the human language thoughthey didn't she gained the ability to translate their words into something she could understand.

Jillian decided to buy a large property with an old mansion on it and made it into a paradise for ghost pokemon to live in called "Haunted Hills". it is outfitted with plenty of sandy beaches for Sandygast and Palossands to enjoy and a lake for Frillish, Jellicent as well as wooded areas and caves for all sorts of other gost pokemon to enjoy and play in as well as the house its self being open to (insert) friends. Jillian even made a fake grave yard for her ghostly friends to have fun with and hauntwith plenty of cryps and grave stones. Haunted Hills is a place where ghost pokemon can be and feel safe just being who they are without judgement and live peacefully, she often finds herself enjoying the pranks they pull and every so often will prank the pokemon back all with good fun, Jillian has even started to dop group therapey with the pokemonto help heal past traumas. Haunted hills currently hosts over 300 ghost pokemon from around the world.

Haunted Hills reserve:
The mansion of Haunted hills is a large old Victorian style mansion with three stories, a classic "haunted house" look if you will though it sat very close, about twenty feet from the front gate with tall hedges along the front path to the door. the property around the house was well kept with a lovely lawn and garden that is kept up and maintained by the Pokémon who live on premises. the interior of the Mansion has an large entry way, Library, conservatory, a few sitting rooms and several bathrooms as well as a small greenhouse and the basement is occupied with Jillian's lab and research center.
From the back patio of the mansion one could look down the hill to see the lake with it's large beach to the west about 500 feet away, the lake is about 80 feet deep and a mile long by half a mile wise though it is irregularly shaped.
To the north east was the grave yard with all it's crypts and tomb stones and statues throughout, it was a large square area a mile long by a mile wide with a stone and wrought iron fence around it. A Chapel does stand at the far end of the grave yard set up like a church would be complete with bell in the bell tower and an organ.
The forest makes up a large portion of the property with small cottages and caves all throughout as well as other things in the woods to play with such as tree swings, toys, a few small playgrounds and such all built as to not harm or disturb the forest.
There is a full Carnival set up near the front of the property with games, rides and food stalls, this section is opened to the public a few times a year to both foster understanding with ghost Pokemon and generate revenue for the reserve, this section can also be rented out for events as well. normally the carnival area is used as a ghost pokemon playground.
