Bio:

Lirex Xraul is the Daughter of Grand Admiral Trax Xraul, Head of the Warrior cast of the Great Zagan Empire and part of the Ruling Council. Trax raised Lirex on Earth after the death of her mother during childbirth as he took leave to process his grief and loss with space from his  official duties handing them to his second in command to focus on raising his child and processing his loss. Trax Chose to live in more of a middle class lifestyle adopting a human occupation and life while teaching his daughter about their culture, her powers and the responsibility of those things while simultaneously trying to show her the beauty in life as a human, he did train Lirex in several martial forms from an early age and how to control her strength and speed, eventually when her mutation surfaced he encouraged her to train with that as well and learn its limitations and advantages.  Trax did eventually return to the capitol world when Lirex turned eighteen leavening her on earth as per her own wishes.

Lirex did fall in love with the earth and its humans with those being the only things she ever truly knew from infancy but she found it charming and beautiful in its perceived fragility. 

   With that love of humanity in mind Lirex became a superhero called Outcast, she has a contract with a certain international agency that pays her for her hero work, providing her a place to live and such. Outcast is known as a violent hero since she doesn't mind breaking some bones or shedding blood to take down a criminal and has had to end a life or two so she is mostly designated as a last resort to be called in on bigger threats leaveing her with plenty of vacation time and time to train herself.

she often will wear a sleeveless olive green canvas military style midriff coat with a fur trimmed hood and her clan logo embroidered on the back in black and a black domino mask when doing hero work.

-Powers-

Racial powers / Warrior cast-

-Super Strength: The warrior cast of the Zagin species can move thousands of tons of weight. Full upper limits unknown though the limits can change based on muscle strength of the individual.

-Super Speed: Will often keep in line with the strength.

-Enhanced Durability: Will be proportional to strength as it is the body’s way to compensate and not tear itself apart.

-Healing Factor: Most injuries will heal within twenty four hours depending on severity the time will vary.

-Enhanced Cognitive Processing: This allows for the Zagian to process information at the speed they can physically move at usually facilitating better battlefield assessment as well.

 

Mutation Powers-

-Limited Teleportation: The Teleportation is near instantaneous but has a few limitations, There needs to be enough space for the teleporter to have physically moved from point A to Point B within the second the ability is used so if a door is closed or there are too many people too close together and there is no physical path the ability will only go as far as the obstacle. 

The Teleporter can however rearrange and reposition their body within the teleportation triggering though they keep the momentum they had before they teleported, Teleporter can change direction of momentum but not the amount. Ability is mentally triggered, user need to visualize the path, visualise how they want their body to be positioned and posed ect.

Gear:

-Zagan combat knife: a knife made of very durable metals and materials though there is a feature of this weapon that when activated creates a veil of energy around the blade making it a little more effective at cutting.

-Zagan Symbiotic Nano armor: The armor is centered in an implant in the back of the neck, when fully deployed the body is fully armored. Lirex’s armor takes the form of what may look like a batman suit, black with no chest logo though, it will materialize under any pants, or jackets she is wearing replacing the shoes with boots.

The suit has telecommunication abilities accessible even when not fully deployed essentially acting like an advanced smartphone implant, she has it so she can open a holo display on her left forearm for certain functions.

When fully deployed the suit does have flight capabilities, grapple lines, and energy projectile functions.

Racial Details: 

The Zagan are a race of human-like beings visually indistinguishably different from humans though they do have three biological genders, the third gender being more of a randomized combination of gender markers and physical characteristics, they come from a planet called Zarrom, a planet roughly 2% smaller than earth with a gravitational force of 11.76798  meters per second squared which is a higher gravitational force than earth has, the planet has a ring that runs along its equator line and features four moons of varying size and position. The planet is the second from their star, Axros at a distance of 92 million miles between the Zarrom and Axros. The atmosphere is very much like that of earth.

 

The Zagan species as a whole evolved to be faster and stronger than the Human species, The Zagin started to selectively breed among themselves very early on in their history for different traits seeing a need for there to be those with differing capabilities creating some with naturally higher physical ability, some with more intellect or creativity and such and making a sort of cast system based on the selective breeding. The Warrior cast are naturally stronger and faster than their contemporaries though they are also prone to more aggression from time to time and are often relegated to military or policing duties among the civilization and trained for their rolls. Other casts include agricultural workers, scientists, medical workers, general workers, artists and so on with the general population being free to choose where their passion lies.

 

As a whole the Zagans are a sort of strong United Democratic Oligarchy with a figurehead royal family that acts more as an ambassador and acts in a ceremonial position  with a council made up of the heads of each cast faction in governmental power. 

Advancement through Cast ranks depends on the cast itself, some are merit based, others are through democratic processes within the cast while the warrior cast is structured more in a militaristic fashion with a heavy focus on physical prowess, skill and merit.

 

The Great Zagan Empire is technologically advanced and does stretch over atleast four systems though they treat anything not in their solar system as a vassal state so they mostly govern themselves but submit to the Zagan empire paying tribute and reporting anything majour to them and would receive help and military protection.
