Bio: Specimen notes- "PV59C410 or 'Pavla' is he result of years of genetic experimentation, she is very intelligent and mechanically minded with a skill of AI programming. She has shown promise with these skills and created her power armor called 'Valliant' that is both power armor and robot being able to execute combat routines and to perform other tasks as directed by PV59C410. The specimen is uniquely agile and stealthy with high dexterity capabilities."
Pavla is indeed a human rodent highbred that was created in Vault A far to the north, Vault A which was populated primarily by intellectuals and scientists who made incredibly advanced technologically much like the Institute over 200 years and over time even took in Institute refugees. she is someone who loves to tinker and build and loves to play with robots. The researchers accepted and encouraged her intellectual curiosities and fueled her pursuits though she would not be allowed to venture out on her own until she had built her armor "Valliant". once she was suitably armed and armored she was allowed to leave the vault for her own adventures.
Likes: Pavla prefers the flavour of Vim soda to Nuka cola, Bubble gum, Gumdrops, mutefruit, MREs, the occasional smoke, her tools, her power armor, some nice tunes.

Dislikes: people picking on the little guy, Blamco mac and cheese, people just saying no without a good reason.

-Customized power armor called "Valliant"-
-Valliant: 9 feet tall with a piloting cockpit situated in the chest cavity, the construction of which is a hybrid of the normal power armor skeleton and the torso of a Sentrybot making it a bit more bulky but allowing room for the cockpit.
the back section of the armor is slightly extended and has a hatch for the pilot to climb in and out of, it is equipped with screens allowing for a 180 degree field of view and a seat with controls set accordingly. Valliant is a fully armored with X-01 styled armor, the head inside the Hellcat armor is that of a Sentry bot.
Valliant is the worlds first AI controlled Power armor, it does have a programmed personality and can fully control its self when in 'automated mode' and offers automated assistance when in manual mode.
Valliant is powered by two fusion cores.
The armor is painted mostly in a gun metal gray with nuka cola red accents.
Valliant is equipped with coms, and has pipboy features built into it as she took one apart and installed it into the cockpit as part of the integrated system.
Valliant is equipped with Jet boosters that can allow it to reach higher places or extend a jump.
